Zoo trip with the HS Bio students as they learn about different animals and the environment they group in. They also learned about how animals evolve as the environment around them change.

Biology Students were learning about different types of learned behaviors such as habituation, instinct learning, classical conditioning and operant conditioning.
Alisa and Lily (Breed: Staffy) showed us Classical and Operant Conditioning in class. Lily was given an opportunity to show off her tricks.
Alisa also shared some facts to correct false beliefs about Staffies such as
1. They aren’t lock jaw.
2. In history, they were known as ‘nanny dogs’ farmers used to leave their kids with them at home to guard and protect.
